Cooked 1/2 LB – 3/4 LB Lobsters known as “CANNERS” to people on the east coast. These lobsters are caught from the Northumberland Strait in Atlantic Canada.  This is the body of water that separates New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia.  These smaller sized lobsters are very succulent, sweet and rich tasting. Delivered in a corrugated cardboard box with a Styrofoam cooler insert and chilled using ice gel packs. These are pre-cooked.  Great for a fast serve or no time or the setup to cook yourself.
