Description

Sustainably caught in a small artisanal fishery off the coast of Fogo Island, Newfoundland.  Wild-caught, skin-on, Atlantic cod. Product of Canada. Sold per pound, portions are cut in varying sizes.  Typically 1-3 portions per pound.
